can i eat whatever i want?

We don’t believe in diets that eliminate or restrict a single food group. Our approach is flexible and easy to modify with different ingredients based on personal preferences.

do i NEED to count calories?

We know that counting calories can give you a hard time. This is why we developed a template that you can use to easily put together satisfying meals that will keep your daily energy requirements in check without having to count calories. 

Nevertheless, we do believe that keeping a record of what you’re eating can be especially useful when you start your weight loss journey as it can help you follow your progress and identify any areas where you need more work.

what about my dietary restrictions?

Our approach is flexible enough for vegetarians, vegans, and those who are used to a specific type of cuisine (Mediterranean, Indian, Chinese etc.).

how long will it take until i start seeing results?

do i have to exercise?
